Building your own foundation.
The program starts by our participants gaining a deeper understanding of who they are, how they work and what they're passionate about.
Our focus is to help you craft your own coping strategies, for both your personal and professional life. We work to increase self-awareness and the ability to influence your thoughts and behaviour.
"Self-leadership is the ability to influence oneself (thoughts, feelings, will, behaviour); to cope with everyday life, performance, growth, and moral maturation." (Karp,2016)
Increasing your interpersonal skills.
You do this by learning how to form the healthy relationships you need to perform, how to lead high performing teams and how to build a strong network.
Cases are specially designed to teach you the abilities you need to understand others and what makes them tick; your own coping strategies for others. The work is done in large groups, teams and pairs.
"I will argue that managing is a relational, reflexive and moral practice: about who you are and how you relate to others." (Cunliffe 2014)
Moving from an introspective mode to an extrospective mode.
We narrow down idealistic thoughts and visions to concrete projects you take responsibility for.
The focus no longer on yourself, it shifts to the world and what kind of change you want to create.
The process is therefore different for each participant, as each of you will be working on your own project. Our focus as facilitators then shifts to help you as best as we can by introducing you to the methods and tools you need to accomplish your project. We tailor each program to best fit your needs.
Throughout the eight weekends you’ll be presented with a broad selection of tasks, themes and methods. We’ve invited some great speakers for each weekend, that will kick off each gathering by introducing the different tools and subjects for each weekend. You'll meet a great mix of executive coaches, entrepreneurs, CEO’s and psychologists. You’ll work in smaller groups, solving cases, practicing learning-by-doing methods, and going through personal and common reflections.
