OUR APPROACH

I. Building a strong foundation

To develop truly great leaders the program starts by our participants gaining a deeper understanding of who they are, how they work and what they're passionate about.

This means looking back at previous experiences to understand how they have impacted life, understanding personal values, passion and vision.

II. Self management

Before leading others one must know how to lead one self. This gives a great foundation to understand the importance of self management, and how to manage yourself based on personal needs.

In this section of the program all participants go through a process of building good habits, building persistence, grit, learning to work smart and building a sustainable lifestyle.

III. Leadership

Once our participants have an understanding of self-management and have learned how to integrate it to their life they are ready to take on responsibility as a leader.

In this part of the process we facilitate for a learning by doing experiences and all participants get to feel and test the leader role. Through this method our students are taken through subjects such as; how to build a great team, how to develop your team, etc.

IV. Action

At this point all participants can expect to have a good overview of their goals and vision, a strong self-esteem and robust self-management, understanding of how to lead.

In other words; it’s time for action. At this point all participants get the opportunity to take action as a leader, and have impact on sustainability!
