Values and personalities we are looking for to join the team!

  • Vigor - Acts on values, looks at leeway, great implementation abilities, dares to take the leadership role, believe in their own ability to influence the outcome, actor in their own lives, dare to go own / new way.

  • Good value base - Cares for others, cares about helping, and cares for the world, empathic, acting when you think something is wrong, taking responsibility for others than yourself.

  • Self-esteem - Robust people, dares to stand up for themselves and others, positive self-esteem, takes care of themselves and others, consciously on what they value, know what they deserve, confident in whom they are.

  • Self-awareness - Know who they are, how they work, dares to be vulnerable, see developmental potential in themselves.

All staff in the operational team, meaning pioneers, challengers and pacetters, must both understand and speak norwegian. More info underneath.

PIONEER

To make sure all participants at our Future Leaders programs get personal follow up, development and empowerment we aim to provide, we have personal team leaders - or as we call it pioneers. As a pioneer you are responsible for the leadership development of 6-8 people, guiding them through the process, both at gatherings and between. The pioneer role is an amazing experience and a unique way to gain and develop real life leadership skills. As we aim to provide the highest quality possible, all pioneers attend a pioneer development program where they further develop their leadership skills.

You get

  • A free one - year pioneer development program

  • To pay it forward; developing new Future Leaders pushing the world in the right direction.

You commit to  

  • Participate at the pioneer development program

  • Being a Pioneer at 6 gatherings from September - March

  • Following up your participants between each gathering. (Expect 6 hours per month)

  • Joining debrief and prepping sessions. ( Expect 7 hours per month)

  • A pioneer is able to facilitate and coach a group without compromising his/her own well-being

CHALLENGER

To make sure all participants and pioneers at our Future Leaders programs get personal follow up, development and empowerment we aim to provide, we have personal team challengers. As a challenger you are responsible for challenging and assuring the development of both the participants and pioneers on your team. Each challenger will simultaneously be working with two pioneers and their groups. The challenger role is an amazing experience and a unique way to gain and develop real life leadership skills. As we aim to provide the highest quality possible, all challengers will attend a development program together with the pioneers.
