  • Good value base - Cares for others, cares about helping, and cares for the world, empathic, acting when you think something is wrong, taking responsibility for others than yourself.

  • Self-esteem - Robust people, dares to stand up for themselves and others, positive self-esteem, takes care of themselves and others, consciously on what they value, know what they deserve, confident in whom they are.

PACESETTER

To make sure that each gathering of our Future Leaders Program in Oslo runs smoothly, we have a Pacesetter on our team. As a Pacesetter you are responsible for organizing carebears, hosts, challengers and pioneers before and during each gathering. The Pacesetter will be working closely with the Head of Academia in providing a high quality program and booking speakers.

You commit to

  • Being a Pacesetter from August - April

  • Being responsible for organizing each gathering.

  • Follow-up of pioneers and challengers between and during gatherings.

  • A pacesetter is organized and able to solve unexpected situations, see their own limitation and not afraid to ask for help.

  • A pacesetter works well with others and is open for new ideas and suggestions.

  • A pacesetter is a doer and not afraid of challenging him-/herself
