We see a growning demand for a more modern and up-to-date leadership training for talents in larger corporations. We understand the importance of thorough employer branding strategies in order for the new generations of professionals to thrive within a company, stably and for a longer period.

This is the reason why we customize our leadership program for every company we work with. Together, we create a tailormade program founded on the Future Leaders methodology in combination with the internal and external strategic aims of the corperation.

Some of the main benefits of running the program in your company, is that it will have direct effects on the internal culture. We see that the participants go back to their everyday work situations as pioneers, setting the standard level at a higher caliber and inspire the people around them to follow. The participants will graduate from the program as internal role models who dare to more forward in the increasingly complex future of business.

We normally work with the HR directors and departments, and usually also with achoring at group level, depending on the size of the company.

The DNB case - a film from the program in Norways larges bank

Since 2018/2019 we have been running annual Future Leaders programs with DNB - the largest bank in Norway. The content has been designed in collaboration with the HR department, and is now iterated every year based on the feedback we get from the participants.

The program structure
The program consist of six two-day gatherings focused on three main modules where we direct our attention: Self, Relations and Systems.
01 SELF
Building your own foundation. (2 weekends)

We direct our attention inwards to become aware of and work with our own behavior, thoughts, feelings and mental models. We work to accept our starting point, and to develop better personal strategies.
02 Relations
You in relations to others (2 weekends)

We direct our attention towards relational processes to be able to form healthier relationships and more effective collaborations. Sesing the relational field to better understand what is happening between people and how to solve complex problems in collaboration with others.
03 Systems
Navigating the world (2 weekends)

We direct our attention towards the terrain, the systems, context and society that we are a part of. We work to better understand the workings of complex systems and to be better equipped to influence them towards a desired direction.
How does a collaboration usually look like?

Insight phase:
The first step is to gather insights about the company and it's the strategic aims, alongside with understanding the motivation for talent development. This is done through reading strategic plans and goals, conversations with potential participants and the leaders in the company.

Program development:
Together with the HR department, and usually a program lead from the company, we design the content of the program. We go through our existing and latest updated program content, and decide where we must do adjustments - either removing, adding or modifying.

With some clients we also add an additional module - The project. This is dedicated time where the participants can work on a specific project related to their everyday job. This is an important way to connect the program with the company strategy.

Application process:
The program is announced in internal channels, with materials provided from Future Leaders. The actual application questions and/or tasks are suggested by Future Leaders, but the final decision will be a result of a collaboration. It is Future Leaders and the program lead from the company who decide who gets a spot in the program.

Trainers program:
During the application process, we find some applicants that are so strong that we will trust them with the extra challenge of being a group leader. In order to be a group leader during the program, one must participate in a preporatory training program.

Hosting the program:
Future Leaders are fully responsible for hosting and facilitating all the gatherings together with the group leaders.

Evaluate and improve:
We always practice carefull evaluation processes in order to improve for every program hosted. We believe this is the reason for why every corporate client we have ever had, is still a continuous client.
