In Future Leaders we know that leadership is something you learn by doing.

Future Leaders Global Harare is relatively new in the face of Africa, particularly in Harare, Zimbabwe bringing a new and bold approach to leadership development that calls for the celebration of an empathetic response to leadership, placing the individual learning journey center-stage.

What makes the Future Leaders leadership journey different from most other leadership development programs is how it is experiential in its form as well as the emphasis placed on process. It is true that we are leadership academia nerds, and our curriculum is based on experts in the field, gathering the best of international and local expertise on self- and relational leadership development. However, in as much as we are passionate about the content of the curriculum we deliver to our participants, the delivery is just as important, if not even more important.

At Future Leaders we are not inviting you to sit in a conference room and cram fancy quotes from historic leadership personalities. We are inviting you to take part in a highly practical, participatory, challenging and experiential learning journey. Which, from a participant's point of view, means hard work.

About your facilitators

Luwiza

City Manager

Luwiza is competent in aspects of peace and governance, gender and youth activism. She has hands-on experience in working with students and young people from various tertiary institutions in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Norway. She has proven ability to use results based management reporting skills and problem-solving skills to establish effective monitoring and evaluation and peaceful coexistence. She is a lady who is positive results driven who believes in team work and has good communication skills with the zeal to learn and advance peace, good governance and leadership skills. She is currently studying for a Masters in Business Administration with the Midlands State University in Zimbabwe. Luwiza enjoys talking and laughing.
Mduduzi

Marketing

Mduduzi Magadlela is a professional skills personnel in digital marketing and graphic design. He is deeply passionate about creating positive change in the world which has led him to be part of the Future Leaders Movement. He believes we all have something unique to offer to the world. We cannot do it alone but we can be instruments of influence.

Tadiwa is a young man who recently joined FLG Harare, working as the intern. He is a flexible young men always willing to learn. Able to take responsibility. Tadiwa is a student at the Midlands State University (MSU) studying towards a bachelor in Development studies. Tadiwa enjoys working with young people.
