Unleash the positive impact of new technology
Your young talents will benefit from this learning journey by getting inspired and by learning methods and tools at the same time. The peer to peer mentorship program not only gives a sense of team spirit but also prepares the talent to be a great leader for the organization as well.
Leadership development by Boma and Future Leaders Global

The current situation forces us to rethink our work and life even more. Since last year, more and more organizations have approached us to work on their purpose. Most organizations feel helpless and fear that they can't survive without being more innovative. The desire to be innovative as quick as possible is a never ending story. However, we believe that being innovative only creates good cause and sustainability if you combine it with responsibility. Alongside with our executive programs we have created a program for young talents to plant the first seeds of responsible leadership.

For this special project, Future Leaders Global and Boma have teamed up to develop a truly impactful program which combines what you need to know with who you need to be. This program encompasses knowledge areas from technology, science, and innovation and global trends.
The process

The learning journey is an iterative process where young talents will work on 1. self-reflection, 2. their environment and their role, and 3. their responsibility. During these 4 weeks they will get into virtual meeting sessions followed by work in-between either individually or with their peers. In each virtual session they will get new inspiration from experts, work in groups, and learn tools and tiny habits they can establish in daily life. The work in-between will help them to reflect on their individual behavior and deep dive into the topics discussed with their peers.
The DNB case - a film from the program in Norways larges bank

Since 2018/2019 we have been running annual Future Leaders programs with DNB - the largest bank in Norway. The content has been designed in collaboration with the HR department, and is now iterated every year based on the feedback we get from the participants.
