Chris Hovde

Main Facilitator & Program Lead

Chris is one of Scandinavia’s most authentic and forward-thinking leadership voices. With 25+ years of experience, he has transformed over 3,000 leaders and impacted more than 25,000 people worldwide. Drawing on senior roles at Telia, IKEA and Aker BP, Chris combines business insight with a deep commitment to regeneration and human growth. Through this program, he wants to create leaders and cultures ready for the future.

Karete is an experienced leader and organizational strategist with more than 25 years of leadership experience across companies like IKEA, EGGS Design, Slingshot and Eager. In this program, Karete’s mission is to cultivate conscious leadership- where strategy meets humanity, and leaders grow the capacity to create trust, awareness and impact for a regenerative future.

Anne Sigrun Moen

Executive Coaching and Leadership Advisory

Anne Sigrun is an experienced executive coach and former top leader with a long career shaping leadership cultures in some of Norway’s largest organizations, including DNB, DNV and Skatteetaten. In this program, Anne Sigrun brings her expertise in guiding senior leaders through moments of change. She brings a blend of strategic clarity and deep human insight, balancing reflection with action, empathy with direction.
