Chris is one of Scandinavia’s most authentic and forward-thinking leadership voices. With 25+ years of experience, he has transformed over 3,000 leaders and impacted more than 25,000 people worldwide. Drawing on senior roles at Telia, IKEA and Aker BP, Chris combines business insight with a deep commitment to regeneration and human growth. Through this program, he wants to create leaders and cultures ready for the future.

We get that question a lot. We differentiate between leaders and managers:
Leaders are proactive, have a vision, go into the unknown, and are able to invite people onto a shared journey. Managers are responsible for the effective use of resources.
Both are important. But our programs focus on leadership. So you don't need to be a manager with people responsibility to join. You just need to be willing to step into the unknown.
